My film has been included in the 2009 National Film Registry.
"The National Film Preservation Board members enthusiastically supported this addition to the more than 500 U.S. films now recognized as "culturally, historically and aesthetically significant" and worthy of preservation.".

Mae West was the greatest, but thanks for the nice words. I once saw her in San Francisco, at an old theatre that survived from vaudeville days, on Market Street. She was so old she was sort of carried out and propped up, said a few lines and was carried out again. The mostly gay audience went wild.

of course, that voice! (Anita, Mae West)
wow, took three days for the post to go from youtube to this blog. technology isn't always the fastest route!
ps thanks for letting me know it was even there, tenn. sal!
But you know, when Anita says "My plez-zhore" when she first meets Snozzi (Make Me Psychic)--that puts "My Old Flame" to shame.
Linda's right; Mae couldn't hold a candle to Anita.
