This opening sequence was exquisite, and the movie was astounding. It is a very trippy story about dream manipulation, and I've got to read more about how it was done.
All the hair blowing is nice. OK, I'll see it if I can ... What did Dinah think of it?Still aching for Q's Cab.
Did you have popcorn? Did you have candy? Did you have a drink?
Have you ever worked in Maya? They have classes in it here on campus, but I've been told I would never be able to keep up with the work and maintain my full-time job and also sleep.
What's MY favorite candy? Well, since you asked ... At the movies I like to mix a big box of Jordan almonds into a large bag of popcorn. That sweet and salty mix, along with the juxtaposition of textures heavenly. A large fountain coke on the side. But my very favorite candy is probably a Heath Bar. Cary's of Oregon makes an English toffee covered in dark chocolate w/ toasted almonds (a glorified kind of Heath Bar.) The buttery salty-sweet toffee on its dark chocolate coat transports you to an enlightened state. p.s. Did you ever say what kind of chocolate your father-in-law prefers along with his gin?
Well hell. I did it again. I guess you can tell I just finished a martini (and few chocolates). I will always proofread my comments from now on before I publish them. Except for right now; I just donw' have time.
I just discovered that Paprika opens here this Friday, June 8. We'll go see it for sure!
