The Memory Song

You may have already heard this, or maybe you don't remember. Cracked me up. Tom Rush, the performer, was an early 60's folksinger. As a teenager I owned a couple of his albums. My sister was living in Boston then-- we may have even gone to hear him at a coffee house, but, um, I don't remember.

So funny, so true. We just have so darned much to keep up with any more.

Stray's right. I was thinking yesterday that some of the best laughs come from material that make you think "that's so true!"
The best part was the "let's see, where was I [perfectly timed pause...]
...oh well..."
I bet you appreciated this after your recent lost key adventure. I lose stuff all the time. Sometimes I'll catch myself looking for something I happen to be holding in my left hand D'oh!

I was going to post something, but I forgot what I was going to say.

Thought I would share my first email exchange of the day:

Deb, hi! How are you????
Do you remember that owl cartoon you posted on Facebook ... would you still happen to have the link to that?

OH Linda my memory is so bad at first thought I don't remember that at all.
Are you sure it was me???

Oh gawd. I still have tears in my eyes from laughing.

Mr. Mean always says "this house is not that big. How far away can it be?".
