Got Work? Yes!

Shh- I'm doing animated movie titles for a very funny comedy. I'm not supposed to reveal the specifics, so don't ask! I'm doing it all myself in Flash, exporting through After Effects. Those two applications are dynamite. This is a very far out piece and the director is a delight to work with.

Nuff said. Every morning I walk Molly twice around Lake Balboa, at sunrise. The abundance of bird life is thrilling, and constantly changing. I'm headed there right now. I get up early!

I have friends that live in Lake Balboa - is there actually a Lake? If not, it's still a good same...real estate values love fancy sounding names.

I saw Quasi in a theatre in San Diego in 1980. My recollections are more vivd for the Quackadero than for the film we were there to see. We might have been there to see "Rebel Without a Cause" or "Creature From The Black Lagoon" in 3D or it might have been "Quadrophenia" or it might have been "Flesh Gordon". Anyway, Quasi was new and exciting and it sure made an impression on me. In fact, I never thought that I would see it again - I sure wish that you have gotten the money to make the Quasi Cabaret movie...I suppose it can still happen. I'm a big fan of your work - rock on.

I was lucky to have an animation instructor who brought in a copy of Quasi to our class at PCA ( Philadelphia College of Art ) , this was back in the late 70s. I was bowled over by your work, one of the reasons I fell in love with animation in the first place, Thanks Sally!

Thanks for your nice comments. Lake Balboa is an artifical lake in the San Fernando Valley. Currently featuring about 2000 coots.
