We've been without internet access off and on since mid morning yesterday. Just popped on now for now apparent reason. Time Warner set up an appointment for us between 9 am and 7 pm. Good thing I don't have anywhere I have to go. Thanks for your nice comments. It looks better at a bigger size but there you have it!
My new camera has a remote control-- one of the first i've ever been able to use-- so you can shoot stop frame. Of course you should have a tripod for stop frame but we didn't. You can see the pitfalls of unscripted stop frame animation. In the beginning we were so careful to take lots of frames for the movement, but by the end things were whizzing by and I had to do some stuff in Photoshop to make it watchable.
Still, amazing that a camera for less than $300 would have so many capabilities.

OH MY GOD! What a wonderful xmas present. This is frantastic! (Thank you.) I have to go now and play it again.
That's cute. Even the little rugs seem to have a personality. Way better than a tree, and longer lasting too!
